Jeremy Root is a born and raised San Diego native. He has lived all over San Diego County and has in-depth knowledge of many San Diego communities. Jeremy spent a large portion of his childhood in Ramona and Poway. He graduated from Poway High School in 2000, earned his Associate’s degree from Grossmont College in El Cajon in 2005, and received his Bachelor’s degree from California State University San Marcos in 2008. Jeremy absolutely loves San Diego and has no plans of ever leaving this beloved city! He currently lives in Mira Mesa with his fabulous wife. Jeremy focuses on his clients needs and strives to prove it every day not by just words, but by letting his actions and dedicated work ethic speak for itself.

After high school graduation, through college, and after graduation Jeremy Root devoted himself to working in the video production and marketing field by creating Fourth Street Productions. With eighteen years of experience with his business, Jeremy is not only a marketing master, but has learned the utmost importance of developing and maintaining client relationships.
There isn’t a shred of doubt that Jeremy Root is an outgoing “people person” and truly enjoys working with others. It is no surprise that he has amazed clients by following through on various difficult projects and helping others achieve their goals.

Jeremy Root is following the legacy of his father and grandfather in this business. Now, as a 3rd generation REALTOR®, the transition into San Diego real estate was only natural. Since getting his license, Jeremy has learned even more about sales, problem-solving, negotiation, and how to provide true value that is beneficial to his clients. Jeremy also has two older brothers buying and selling homes out of state in Texas and Minnesota.
Sadly, Jeremy lost his father, Richard Root at a young age and he will never forget being taught how helping others was the key to both parties becoming successful. Now 20 years later, he knows his purpose and his passion has carried over from video production and marketing into real estate. Jeremy is here to help clients realize their short and long-term goals in their real estate endeavors, and provide a means to get them there. He truly cares for others and it gives him fulfillment to be in people’s lives during, what could be, a stressful process.

He is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) as well as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) which is recognized by NAR. (National Association of Realtors). Jeremy’s attention to detail in negotiating makes a huge difference when helping his clients reach their goals.
